Refund policy

At Jaipuri Thread, we value quality and customer satisfaction. However, if you receive a damaged or defective product, we are here to help.

  • If your order arrives damaged or defective, please email us a photo of the issue within 48 hours of receiving your package.
  • Eligible products (only if damaged or defective) can be returned within 1 week from the delivery date.
  • Once we review and approve your return request via email, we will arrange for a return pickup or ask you to ship the product back to us.
  • The cost of both initial shipping and return shipping will be borne by the customer.
  • Only products that are unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging will be accepted for returns.
  • After the product passes our quality check, we will process the refund.
  • We aim to complete all return processes within one week of receiving the product.
